If the status of your application is "Completed", it means that the service has performed an honest exchange, sent you funds to the address of your Bitcoin wallet specified by you.

You can verify this for yourself on the websites https://blockchain.info and https://btc.com by inserting the wallet address that you specified in the application into the search field. Next, you will see a green arrow with the recipients address (the address that you inserted) and the amount of Bitcoin transfer in a green cell.
