If you have created an application and paid for it, but did not click the "I paid" button and the payment confirmation period has expired, you need to contact the technical support of our website, via online chat or write an email to us at help@prostocash.com. When contacting the mail, you must write from the mail from which you created the application, in the letter you describe the reason for the application, the application number and, if necessary, details. The technical support administrator will answer you and describe further steps to complete the processing of the application.
